These priests are Mesardee's spies. They see everything. They know everything. As a declaration years ago, Mesardee's Messenger said that every Lord would have an advisor from the priesthood. This of course tightened the hold the Priesthood had over the people of Ishmar. There was almost nothing they didn't know.
